The Trump administration finally took a stand against the left’s encroachment into the bureaucracy with their social justice propaganda. The administration has decided to stop “critical race theory” and other controversial training in federal agencies.

The director of the Office of Management and Budget, Russ Vought, wrote a memo to agencies informing them of President Trump‘s decision to stop using controversial forms of training on “critical race theory,” “white privilege” and “any other training or propaganda effort that teaches or suggests either…that the United States is an inherently racist or evil country or…that any race or ethnicity is inherently racist or evil.”

President Trump tweeted about the propaganda, stating: “This is a sickness that cannot be allowed to continue. Please report any sightings so we can quickly extinguish!”

The memo also discussed the amount of funding that this training receives: “It has come to the President’s attention that Executive Branch agencies have spent millions of taxpayer dollars to date ‘training’ government workers to believe divisive, anti-American propaganda.”

In the memo, Vought discussed reports of employees of the executive branch being taught that “virtually all White people contribute to racism” and that it is a racist idea to believe that America is a land of opportunity.

“These types of ‘trainings’ not only run counter to the fundamental beliefs for which our Nation has stood since its inception, but they also engender division and resentment within the Federal workforce,” said Vought.

Recently, Christopher Rufo, a Discovery Institute researcher, told Tucker Carlson on Fox News that “critical race theory” had become a default ideology within the federal government.

Giving an example, Rufo discussed the fact that Sandia National Laboratories, which designs nuclear weapons, had held a mandatory retreat for employees which was titled “White Men’s Caucus on Eliminating Racism, Sexism, and Homophobia in Organizations.”

Earlier this year, the federally-created National Museum for African American History and Culture was criticized heavily for publishing a graphic that referred to things like the nuclear family, the concept of time, and decision-making as “whiteness”. After intense backlash, the museum removed the graphic.

Those who support the training state that it can help eliminate bias in government. M.E. Hart, an attorney who conducts diversity training classes for businesses and the federal government, said that the training can improve morale, cooperation, and efficiency.

Hart stated: “If we are going to live up to this nation’s promise — ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal’ — we have to see each other as human beings, and we have to do whatever it takes, including taking whatever classes make that possible. These classes have been very powerful in allowing people to do that, and we need them more than ever. There’s danger here.”

How can disparaging an entire race of people create equality, or help the United States live up to its promise that we are all created equal? The president sees through the lies and the propaganda, and is trying to put a stop to it.
