California Senator Kamala Harris and Planned Parenthood have received an epic dose of karma as they are being sued by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP).
In 2015, CMP, led by David Daleiden, sent shockwaves across the country by releasing videos that detailed how StemExpress, a cell collection center, had a scheme to harvest organs of babies that were born alive. CMP continued to release other videos of organizations, such as Planned Parenthood, trafficking aborted baby parts.
After years of legal fights, CMP and Daleiden are now suing Harris, Planned Parenthood, and California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, ‘for their attempts to use the guise of state recording laws to criminally punish Daleiden because they disagreed politically with the content of his videos,’ according to the The Federalist.

In 2015, Harris, then-California Attorney General, ordered a raid on Daleiden’s home which confiscated Daleiden’s computers and video equipment. This came on the heels of a meeting between Harris and Planned Parenthood, which has provided campaign donations along with other pro-abortion groups, to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars to Harris’ campaign funds.
Despite the egregious activities of Harris and the state of California, Daleiden had not broken the law. California law allows the recording of conversations in a public area that anyone could oversee.
Planned Parenthood Exposed
Kamala Harris and Planned Parenthood were determined to ambush David Daleiden for good reason. The CMP videos were incredible pieces of evidence on diabolical activities at Planned Parenthood.
In a CMP undercover video from October of 2015, Dr. Amna Dermish of Planned Parenthood in Austin, TX described ‘a partial-birth abortion procedure to terminate living, late-term fetuses’ in order to ‘yield intact fetal heads for brain harvesting.’
Another CMP undercover video from April of 2017, Planned Parenthood Senior Executive Dr. Mary Gatter sinisterly bragged about profiting from selling fetus parts, such as brains, livers, and lungs, by stating, “I want a Lamborghini!”
The Democratic Party has been a long supporter of abortion and Planned Parenthood, and that includes current presumptive Democrat President nominee, Joe Biden. In 2019, Biden attended the ‘2020 Candidates Talk Abortion at Planned Parenthood Action Fund Forum.’ ‘Biden seemed adamant that he’s never vacillated as a strong supporter of abortion rights,’ according to Newsweek.
Recently it has been speculated that Biden might actually pick Kamala Harris as his vice presidential partner. Planned Parenthood would applaud Biden’s choice. I doubt either of them would mention David Daleiden’s shock videos on the campaign trail.
