Left-leaning Washington Examiner is proud to report that practically all the violent radical Antifa® criminals “have had their charges dismissed” and will walk away free. Meanwhile, liberals are equally smug over the reports that “39 NYPD police officers are facing discipline related to the same incidents.” Fourteen of those persecuted cops are facing criminal charges. It’s no wonder that the latest New York Post report says “5,300 NYPD officers either retired or quit last year, which was a 75% increase over a typical year.”
Which are the Criminals?
George Orwell never imagined that when he wrote about an out of control over-reaching authoritarian government turning the language upside down so that everything fits the official narrative, that we would end up seeing it in action. 1984 came and went but in 2021, police are the criminals and violent rioters are in charge of setting public policy.
The liberal Civilian Complaint Review Board put out a report on Monday June 21 recommending the NYPD bring criminal charges against 14 police officers. Another 25 officers “have been recommended for discipline.” In Orwell’s day, those same officers would have been given medals.
When violent riots broke out over the death of George Floyd, criminals with the NYPD “used naughty language or perhaps didn’t say please and thank you as they were getting Molotov cocktails and professional-grade fireworks launched their way.” As the “insurrection” raged through the summer of 2020 and on into another year, around 400 officers were injured, “some severely.”
In “one case, an officer was deliberately run down by a car, while in another incident an officer was struck in the head with a brick. A third officer required 10 stitches to close a wound in his head after being struck with a bottle.”

Now, those same officers are considered criminals, charged with “abuse of authority, force, offensive language, discourtesy, and untruthful statements.” That’s the thanks they get for dealing night-after-night with what Law Enforcement Today calls “unhinged mobs targeting stores, doing their early Christmas looting.”
Now we know how they could get away with bragging about it on social media. They’re classified as victims who had their free speech rights trampled on by anti-looting fascists in blue.

So called Justice
The alleged “Justice” system in New York is totally upside down because the prosecutors say the ones most people would consider criminals aren’t worth prosecuting but the ones who rounded them up are. Police made the mistake of arresting hundreds of people. They didn’t just haul them in for interrogation without evidence either.
First they matched up surveillance footage and phone records. They scoured through social media posts. Before they filed a single charge, they made sure that they had a solid case. The prosecutor threw them out without even looking at them. Black Lives Matter™ members are above the law.

The race card is better than American Express. You can pillage, plunder and loot whatever you want and don’t even have to pay the bill when it comes in.
Anyone who tries to stop self-gathered reparations are considered criminals who will be persecuted to the full extent of liberal desires. Law is a thing of the past. Rule of law went out of style along with that outdated Constitution thingy.
When Jessica Betancourt, who owns one of the looted shops, heard about the criminals on the NYPD getting what they deserved and every single one of the looters marked for additional compensation, she was astounded.
“Those numbers, to be honest with you, are disgusting. I was in total shock that everything is being brushed off to the side.” Former NYPD Chief of Patrol Wilbur Chapman isn’t happy with the District Attorney. “If they are so overworked that they can’t handle the mission that they’re hired for, then maybe they should find another line of work.”
