Along with calling for increased violence this week, activist Shaun King has decided to dox innocent police officers if his demands aren’t met.

King tweeted: “To the Kenosha Police Department, If you do not name the officer who brutally shot Jacob Blake on Sunday, we will simply begin naming officers from your department who may or may not be him.”

Basically, Shaun King is threatening to destroy the lives of innocent police officers in order to find out which officer shot Blake.

Blake was shot after police attempted to arrest him due to a warrant out for his arrest for criminal trespass, third degree sexual assault, and disorderly conduct. He fought the cops and ultimately attempted to reach into the drivers side of his car, where he was shot. It has since been confirmed that there was a knife on the floor of the car.

Riots began in Kenosha, Wisconsin the night of the shooting, and have continued since. Businesses were burned and looted, a church and a car dealership were set ablaze, and two rioters have been killed.

Shaun King encouraged this lawlessness with another tweet where he stated: “Nah. I’m not going to call for peace. We’ve tried peace. For years. Y’all don’t understand that language.”

King continued, saying: “And mayhem is the consequence. You earned it.”

After all of the rioting, King still threatens to exacerbate the situation with his call to dox the Kenosha police. Yet, Twitter has refused to remove his tweet.

According to a Twitter spokesperson, the tweet is “not in violation” of its rules, including its ban on “a threat of harm against an identifiable group,” a rule used to censor conservatives in the past.

As many people on the internet know, doxing often leads to mobs showing up at people’s houses, making threats via social media or in phone calls, emails, texts, and even in person.

History of Doxing

Shaun King is no stranger to destroying people’s lives. In 2019 he tweeted a mug shot to his one million followers, accusing the man of the murder of 7 year old Jazmine Barnes. Barnes was shot in a Houston-area Walmart parking lot in December of 2018.

King tweeted out a photo of Robert Paul Cantrell next to the police sketch of the suspect. The since-deleted tweet offering a $25,000 reward read: “We’ve had 20 people call or email us and say he is a racist, violent (expletive) and always has been. Just tell me everything you know.”

Cantrell’s family soon received death threats, and worse, with his niece saying that people told her uncle that they would “rape, torture and murder the women and children in your family.”

After the barrage of hate, Cantrell was found hanging in his cell in the Montgomery County jail, where he was being held for robbery. Many on the internet, as well as Cantrell’s family, still blame Shaun King for his suicide.

  1. What the hell is wrong with the police there . He’s treatening the police department . Just kill him and be done with . He’s a terrorist and need to be removed from the equation . Start killing them all if they don’t stop . The people will back the cops . Or the cops need to just stand to the side and let the people take control of their citys . They can make the terrorists stop if left to do so . What happen to serve and protect ??? F#ck the mayors and governors that dont do their jobs . Their part of the terrorists , I thought we didn’t deal with terrorists in our country . stand to the side and let the real men do the job . To serve and protect their own .
