Is Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN) a traitor to our country?
According to witness testimony during a trial at a Florida District Court, that is exactly what she is.
Damning Testimony
Alan Bender, a Kuwaiti-born businessman from Canada gave damning testimony against Omar that could completely rock the Democrat party.
Bender was testifying in the trial of Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad al-Thani, according to the Jerusalem Post.
He is standing trial for allegedly ordering the murder of two people as well as holding an American hostage.
Bender was testifying by video link from Canada for the trial.
He stated that senior Qatari officials told him “If it wasn’t for our cash, Ilhan Omar would be just another black Somali refugee in America collecting welfare and serving tables on weekends.”
The officials were allegedly trying to get Bender to recruit politicians to support their efforts.
After Bender objected, they allegedly mentioned Omar as proof they already had some high-profile politicians on their payroll, calling Rep. Omar the “jewel in the crown.”
He further stated Qatar “recruited Ilhan Omar from even way before she thought about becoming a government official… They groomed her and arranged the foundation, the grounds, for her to get into politics way before she even showed interest. They convinced her.”
If Bender is lying, his information should be easy to disprove, as he cited a 2017 meeting between Omar and Turkish President Erdogan as the timeline for when this alliance was made.
Omar was not yet elected as United States congresswoman at the time, but she was serving in the state House for Minnesota.
Omar’s office has already pushed back about the allegations, claiming they are 100 percent bogus.
Her spokesperson responded to the story, telling the Jerusalem Post, “Since the day she was elected, Saudi Arabian trolls and mouthpieces have targeted Omar with misinformation and conspiracy theories.
“The latest, outlandishly absurd story from a Saudi-funded media outlet is, of course, false and only the latest in that trend.
“The only people Rep. Omar represents in Washington are the people of Minnesota’s 5th District.
“She will continue to speak out against human rights violations around the world – whether it is war crimes in Yemen or the caging of children at our border – regardless of who commits them.”
Normally, stories like this would be immediately dismissed as conspiracy theory, but Omar’s past history of campaign finance law violations and her support of radical groups does give some cause for concern here.
This is still a developing story that we have not yet been able to corroborate, so we will update as needed when more information becomes available.
