There are certain stories that literally bring a shiver to your spine, and this is one of them.
Local outlets in Missouri are reporting that a teen living with a man that had been previously deported repeatedly sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl.
According to the report, he had sex with the girl more than 100 times, impregnating her at some point.
Rather than take her to a hospital, relatives decided to put her into a tub to give birth.
Police Take Notice
The young girl was reportedly in the care of three relatives.
The adult male relative took the newborn child to the hospital with the umbilical cord and placenta still attached.
This obviously raised questions for the staff and police were called in.
When the police questioned the man, he stated that he did not know the little girl was pregnant until she started to give birth.
Initially, he claimed the child was dropped off on his porch, but the police continued to push and eventually talked to the other relatives.
When police questioned the 17-year-old male, he finally admitted that he had sex with the little girl more about 100 times.
The female relative of the young girl was charged with “failing to provide the girl medical care when she gave birth,” and her bail was set at $10,000.
The adult male was also charged and is being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
As it turns out, this man had also been deported before and re-entered the country illegally.
The teen has been charged with statutory rape and statutory sodomy of a child younger than 12.
His bail has been set at $25,000.
