New York City Bar Association Goes on the Attack Against AG William Barr

Our Attorney General is once again under attack by liberals.

The New York City Bar Association (NYCBA) is now asking Congress to investigate William Barr.

A Troubling Pattern

As the Attorney General, William Barr is often invited to speak publicly.

What Barr is saying during these appearances as well as what Barr is saying to the media has New York liberals very upset.

The NYCBA sent Congress a letter, stating, “Barr’s recent actions and statements position the Attorney General and, by extension, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) as political partisans willing to use the levers of government to empower certain groups over others.

“These statements are the latest examples of a broader pattern of conduct that is inconsistent with the role of the Attorney General in our legal and constitutional system and with the norms and standards that govern the fair administration of justice.

“We urge Congress to exercise its constitutional authority to investigate this troubling pattern of conduct, in order to assess Mr. Barr’s actions as Attorney General and to consider any legislative and oversight responses and remedies that may be necessary.

“The duties to act impartially, to avoid even the appearance of partiality and impropriety, and to avoid manifesting bias, prejudice or partisanship in the exercise of official responsibilities are bedrock obligations for government lawyers.”

One of the “incidents” that concerned the NYCBA was when Barr appeared at the Notre Dame School of Law.

Barr was highly critical of the “so-called progressives” for their “campaign to destroy the traditional moral order.”

Barr has also been highly critical of the lack of overall support for our law enforcement officials.

So, for stating the obvious and bringing up some very important questions, the New York liberals deem Barr a threat.

The fact of the matter is that Barr is arguably one of the best Attorneys General we have had in this country for quite some time.

While most conservatives would like to see him be a bit more aggressive in investigating Democrats, he has done an excellent job of protecting our President from dangerous, salacious, and fraudulent attacks.

Barr is doing his job, which scares the hell out of the liberals because they know how corrupt Democrats are.

The deep state in our political system is being exposed, and they will go to any measure to stop that from happening, including trying to discredit one of the most brilliant legal minds in the country.
