Just when Joe Biden’s campaign thought things couldn’t get any worse, they suddenly did. A shocking new twist in the case against Quid Pro Joe in Kiev just seriously knotted things up. A Ukrainian judge demanded Barack Obama’s former Vice President be named as a criminal defendant. With Biden now a potential sex criminal in the U.S. and a white collar criminal in the Ukraine, it looks like the straw that broke the camel’s back for Biden’s presidential hopes.
A new twist in the tangled tale
By now, everybody knows that Joe Biden was behind the 2016 firing of Ukraine’s chief prosecutor Victor Shokin. He doesn’t try to deny it, even brags about it. In a surprise new twist, District Court Judge S. V. Vovk in Kiev, “ordered the country’s law enforcement services” to formally name Joe Biden as a criminal defendant.”
According to “an official English translation of the ruling,” the judge didn’t like the way they were trying to keep Biden’s name out of the paperwork. As Just The News writes, “when law enforcement agencies opened the probe they refused to name Biden as the alleged perpetrator of the crime, instead listing the potential defendant as an unnamed American.”
Back in February, the court ordered an investigation into “Shokin’s claim that he was fired in spring 2016 under pressure from Biden because he was investigating Burisma Holdings, the natural gas company where Biden’s son Hunter worked.” At the time the Judge made it clear that “that there was adequate evidence to investigate Shokin’s claim that Biden’s pressure on then-President Petro Poroshenko, including a threat to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, amounted to unlawful interference.”
The anonymous listing was improper
The judge wanted to see Biden’s name right where it should be, ruling that the “anonymous listing was improper.” Judge Vovk directed the “Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine who conducts procedural management in criminal proceedings No. 62020000000000236,” to “enter information into the Unified register of pre-trial investigations.”
Specifically, “information on interference in the activities of the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Shokin, Viktor Mykolaiovych performed by citizen of the United States of America Joseph Biden, former U.S. Vice President.” To answer their expected question, he added, “the order of the court may not be appealed.”
Victor Shokin wants to see Joe Biden twist in the wind. As his attorney told the press, “Viktor Shokin publicly appealed to the president of Ukraine with a request to properly respond to illegal inaction in the investigation of criminal cases that are open against Joseph Biden.”
Biden has multiple personalities
All of this shows that there is more than one twist to Joe Biden’s personalities. There’s the creepy Joe character that can’t keep his hands off women. He admits he has a problem making women uncomfortable and they keep a spray bottle handy to remind him when he gets a little gropey. Tara Reade says she filed a request for counseling form when Biden got a little frisky in the workplace one day but he denies that. Quid Pro Joe brags about withholding aid until they fired the prosecutor but denies that’s a crime too.
Videotape evidence proves “he forced then-Ukraine President Poroshenko to fire Shokin in March 2016 by threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees.” Biden simply denies that “Shokin’s firing was due to the Burisma case.” Shokin disputes that. If he was as “incompetent or corrupt” as Democrats claim, why did they produce “a letter from the U.S. State Department in summer 2015 that praised his anti-corruption plan as Ukraine’s chief prosecutor.”
A court affidavit filed by Shokin declares, “he was fired because he refused to stand down his investigation of alleged corruption by Burisma and after he planned to call Hunter Biden as a witness to question him about millions of dollars in payments his American firm received from the Ukraine gas company.” Everyone in America would like to know how an admitted crack cocaine addict and alcoholic with no skills to run a gas company managed to twist his resume into such a sweet deal.
During the impeachment circus, State Department witnesses testified that “they believed Hunter Biden’s role at Burisma while his father oversaw U.S.-Ukraine policy created an uncomfortable appearance of a conflict of interest.”
