Many Americans believe General Michael Flynn was railroaded during the Mueller investigation.
Now, Flynn’s attorney has filed suit and, in the process, outlined how the FBI entrapped Flynn and may have even invented a narrative to get him indicted.
Orchestrating It All
According to Sidney Powell, Flynn’s attorney, notable members of the FBI literally orchestrated the entire indictment of Flynn.
Powell pointed to several text messages going back and forth Peter Strzok and Lisa Page showing how the FBI purposely creating a strategy to entrap Flynn.
At one point, Strzok even admits that he either thought Flynn did not think he was lying or simply did not remember certain facts.
Remember, Flynn was charged with lying, so the FBI clearly wanted to take advantage of his “memory” issues to trap him.
There were also mentions of specific evidence the FBI deliberately held back from the defense.
302 Manipulation
A 302 form is what the FBI uses for interviewing witnesses.
The 302 for Michael Flynn reportedly changed rather dramatically after the initial report had been filed.
Powell stated, “On February 10, 2017, the news broke—attributed to ‘senior intelligence officials’—that Mr. Flynn had discussed sanctions with Ambassador Kislyak, contrary to what Vice President Pence had said on television previously.”
Once that leak came out, the changes to the 302 were made.
“Those changes added an unequivocal statement that ‘FLYNN stated he did not’—in response to whether Mr. Flynn had asked Kislyak to vote in a certain manner or slow down the UN vote.”
“This is a deceptive manipulation because, as the notes of the agents show, Mr. Flynn was not even sure he had spoken to Russia/Kislyak on this issue. He had talked to dozens of countries.”
There was also blatant manipulation of the facts as stated by Flynn.
For instance, Flynn stated that he never remembered making four to five calls to Ambassador Kislyak and would have only done so because he was calling from the Dominican Republic and the calls may have been dropped.
When the final 302 was submitted, it stated, “Flynn remembered making four to five calls that day about this issue, but that the Dominican Republic was a difficult place to make a call as he kept having connectivity issues.”
Same point but worded in a way that completely changes Flynn’s perspective on what actually took place.
Powell is now asking the court to dismiss all charges and if they are dismissed, this is going to open another can of worms for Democrats and will surely stoke the fire of all the conspiracy theories that are already floating out there regarding Flynn and the Russian collusion investigation.
Flynn was railroaded and those FBI thugs need to do the jail time! Strozyk is a criminal along with his baby doll lawyer Page.

It is likely that he will eventually get exonerated but how will he ever get his reputation back? If enough of the conspirators do serious prison time he will at least get some degree of satisfaction.

This has Bad Cop Mueller all over it for he has in the past railroaded innocent persons and put them in prison knowing they were innocent ! Two of them died in prison and Mueller got accredited for being so diligent as a prosecutor ! He with held information that would have cleared those innocent men !

Corruption is a result of criminal and corrupt leadership. It is time to demand accountability of the leaders and the people they corrupt. If inded he was framed, everyone who touched the paperwork should go to jail fro a very long time and should be required to pay civil penalties and those penalties and all the funds expended by Flynn should be returned to him.
Now when one cherry picks what Peter Strzok and Lisa Page said and not the whole conversation, now whatt hey actually said was that these were possible expl;anations, but not proven by the end rersult. Now it waould be the same if some one just took part of what you say and used it against you not the entire statement of something you were talking about. Now if Flynn was so innocent why it it a fact he did not lawyer up and fight it in a court of law, like innocent persons do, instead he pleaded guilty to avoid the other charges that the DOJ was going tro push against him, this was a save his own A**, and now he sees Trump lap dog doing what trump wanted done to try to prove the FBI did something wrong, and when Barr could find nothing improper was done just took it on himself to again try to please Trump by making the FBI look like they were acting improperly.
Blah-blah-blah democrat.
They threatened to drag his son into suposedly being in on everything with Flynn, otherwise both would end up in jail. Why Barr is leaving Flynn to defend for himself and not going after the FBI people who are in on this crap, who knows. Flynn has had to fight this by himself. This is his second lawyer who forced the release of FBI information held back from the first lawyer which is illegal to hold back information from a defense lawyer. And, for some reason the first lawyer seem to not even know how to do anything within the law system. This second lawyer made moves within the law system the first lawyer made no attempt to do. And Barr has made no move at all. It has always been Flynn by himself. Thank God for his second lawyer who is smart enough to sue the FBI now, it’s payback time.

Why hasn’t anybody been indicted????????? These creatures took an Oath when they were sworn into the FBI. In the service, I would have been court-martialed. I especially blame Lindsey Graham for talking about 29 SUBPOENAS without any action. I believe this guy is definitely a SWAMP MEMBER and knows about all the crap that goes on in do nothing WASHINGTON. The President should start hammering these RINOS.
General Flynn has been thru’ so much because of these crooked FBI people, why Peter Strzok & Lisa Paige are not in jail is a travesty of justice, a lot more people should be charged, thank goodness Sydney Powell took his case on. It’s time that he is free from these people, the judge in his case has proved he is a partisan hack.
The wrong person entirely was prosecuted. The prior admin tried to set him up for this and they’ve been found out. But what will happen to them? Odds are, nothing. The swamp is deeper and wider than even Trump could see.
