The fact that Kellyanne Conway is married to George Conway, a major critic of Trump, is not an area any reporter need address.
That has never been so clear as when Wolf Blitzer touched on the subject with Kellyanne Conway, a decision he quickly regretted.
Calling Out the Wolf
The interview with Conway was going along just fine until Blitzer overstepped his bounds.
He insinuated there might be a problem with his final question because it involved Conway’s marriage.
Blitzer stated, “It’s a political question, it’s a substantive question. I don’t want to talk about your marriage; I know that there are issues there.”
Conway responded, “What did you just say?
“Did you just say there are issues there?
“Why did you say that?”
There was considerable back and forth before Conway really called him out for even broaching this inappropriate subject.
Then Conway dropped the hammer, stating, “I think you embarrassed yourself, and I’m embarrassed for you because this is CNN now.
“I looked up to you when I was in college and law school.
“I would turn on CNN to see what Wolf Blitzer had to say about war, famine, disruption abroad.
“I really respected you for all those years as someone who would give us the news, and now the news is what somebody’s husband says on a different network.”

All I can say is good for Kellyanne!
This is not the first time someone from the left has tried to discuss her marital state on live TV.
Chris Wallace tried to do it earlier in the year and was met with the same harsh response.
You would think these idiots would learn from their mistakes, but that is obviously not the case.
The state of Kellyanne’s marriage is nobody’s business and I guarantee the next person that even tries to touch on the subject will meet a far worse fate than Wallace or Blitzer.
