Judge Orders ALL COMMUNICATIONS With Dominion and Big Tech Companies to Be Released

On January 11, Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer overruled far-left Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, ordering the release of a significant amount of 2020 election data.

Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno, who is representing plaintiff William Bailey in Bailey v. Antrim County, asked the judge to order Benson to produce correspondence between her and county election officials, the state Legislature, and Google, Amazon, Apple, and Facebook.

His request was granted. Court documents provided by DePerno show that Benson has been ordered to provide the following information to him by February 2, 2021:

Correspondences, communications, and documents regarding the 2020 election between the State of Michigan (including but not limited to the Secretary of Stateā€™s Office and/or Jocelyn Benson) and:

  • Antrim County
  • The Michigan House of Representatives (including but not limited to all members or offices)
  • The Michigan Senate (including but not limited to members or offices)
  • The Federal Government
  • The U.S. House of Representatives (including but not limited to all members or offices)
  • The US Senate (including but not limited to members or offices)
  • Dominion Voting Systems
  • Amazon
  • Apple
  • Google
  • Facebook

ā€œThey fought us on every one of these requests they didnā€™t want to turn over any documents or information to us. And they now have to turn over a substantial amount of documentation regarding the election. They essentially have to disclose to us how they ran the elections in 2020,ā€ DePerno told The Epoch Times on Tuesday.

ā€œRemember Secretary of State Benson got into this case. She brought herself in, we didnā€™t ask her to come in. She intervened in this case and she intervened because she wanted to stop the release of a [forensic] report. That failed. Now sheā€™s in the case. Sheā€™s a party defendant. And she didnā€™t want to produce documents. The judge rightly saw through those objections and granted our motion to require that she produces the documentation to us. That was the real important part of the hearing,ā€ DePerno added.

The mainstream media is refusing to report on this update, while the Michigan government continues to stonewall and threaten people like DePerno for standing up for the integrity of American elections.

DePerno sent a series of tweets about the case:

“Yesterday in Antrim county, Judge Elsenheimer largely overruled SoS Bensonā€™s objections to discovery and ordered her and her office to produce large amounts of information regarding the 2020 elections,” DePerno wrote.

“Michiganā€™s state-run media ignored this part of the hearing but instead declared victory for Dana Nessel. Having now reached out to several reporters, I have learned that the document production issue was not deemed news-worthy (i.e. must be hidden from public view),” he added in a second tweet.
