Joe Biden Just Admitted!

President Trump has slammed Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden over his response to a question about how he would protect access to abortion, as Democrats are preparing for the upcoming nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, giving the court a considerable conservative majority.

“Wow. Joe Biden just took a more Liberal position on Roe v. Wade than Elizabeth Warren at her highest. He also wants to PACK our great United States Supreme Court. This is what the Dems will do. Remember as they try changing positions before elections end,” the president tweeted on Tuesday morning.

“GET OUT AND VOTE!” Trump added.

In another tweet posted shortly after the first, the president continued to focus on abortion, discussing Joe Biden and the Democrat party’s support of late term abortion.

“Biden and Democrats just clarified the fact that they are fully in favor of (very) LATE TERM ABORTION, right up until the time of birth, and beyond — which would be execution. Biden even endorsed the Governor of Virginia, who stated this clearly for all to hear. GET OUT & VOTE!” Trump said, referring to Governor Ralph Northam, who has been called out by conservatives for statements he made in support of third trimester abortion early last year.

These comments by President Trump are in response to Joe Biden’s pledge to enact legislation which guarantees abortion rights if Roe v. Wade was overturned by the Supreme Court if Republicans are successful at placing Barrett on the court.

On Monday evening, speaking to NBC News at a town hall in Miami, Biden claimed he would enact this legislation after being asked by a woman how he planned to protect abortion rights as the Supreme Court is headed toward a conservative majority.

“Number one, we don’t know exactly what she will do, although expectation is that she may very well move to … overrule Roe,” the former vice president said at the start of his answer.

“And the only thing, the only responsible response to that would be to pass legislation making Roe the law of the land. That’s what I would do,” Biden continued.

The Democrat nominee did not offer any details to his answer, nor was he asked by the moderator to clarify how he would enact the legislation.

The Republican-led Senate has pledged to push Trump’s nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to a vote before the November election. The vote is expected to pass, as Republicans hold a 53-47 majority in the Senate.

If Barrett is confirmed, the Supreme Court would have a 6-3 conservative majority.
