Democrat Bernie Sanders just ended his 2020 bid for the presidency. The well-known socialist was the last Democrat contender in the battle against former Vice President Joe Biden for the Oval office.
Sander’s departure comes on the heels of the coronavirus pandemic that has shaken the 2020 election cycle. Data from exit polls conducted in several states showed that the people trusted Biden over Sanders when it came to handling a crisis.
Bernie’s Longwinded Political Past
The 78-year-old socialist has had a longstanding career in politics. He started his professional political journey as the mayor in Burlington, Vermont, and worked his way to congress. His socialist rhetoric has gained a large following. His high profile endorsements come from fellow progressive politicians. Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib have all been avid supporters of the destruction of foundational American values and embrace Sander’s radical left-wing agendas.
“It wasn’t until I heard of a man by the name of Bernie Sanders that I began to question, and assert, and recognize my inherent value as a human being that deserves health care, housing, education, and a living wage,” Ocasio-Cortez said.
This is the Democratic Vermont Senator’s second failed attempt to secure the Democratic presidential primary spot. In 2016, he lost the nomination to equally corrupt Hillary Clinton. He seemed to gain traction this time around and raised more than $46 million just in February alone since he launched his campaign in 2019. His earnings from private donors brought in millions as well.
Beating out other prominent contenders such as Elizabeth Warren and Pete Buttigieg, he still failed to beat Biden for the last spot.
Bernie Sanders is OUT! Thank you to Elizabeth Warren. If not for her, Bernie would have won almost every state on Super Tuesday! This ended just like the Democrats & the DNC wanted, same as the Crooked Hillary fiasco. The Bernie people should come to the Republican Party, TRADE!

Road to Sander’s Presidential End
Sander’s campaign has significantly relied on turnout, which was halted due to the coronavirus. This ultimately stopped his momentum by not conjuring mass rallies of his socialist embracing followers.
With the hyper-progressive Sanders out, it would seem entirely plausible that Joe Biden is a shoo-in for the Democratic presidential nominee.
However, with Biden’s failing mental stability and questionable antics, many have wondered if another contender is lurking in the shadows. While this seems unlikely, the fact that a rampant socialist made it this far shows that anything is possible.
Bernie Is out – Is Biden In?
For some reason, unbeknownst to me, Michelle Obama has captured an abundance of the American peoples’ hearts. While she has publicly suggested she has no desire to run for any political position, the Obamas have shown a long track record of lying.
Let’s face it. Biden is no prize, and if Michelle Obama doesn’t throw her hat into the presidential ring, there’s still the possibility of Biden choosing her for his running mate. Biden has already stated during a debate that he will be picking a woman vice president to work alongside him.
“If I’m elected president, my Cabinet, my administration will look like the country, and I commit that I will, in fact, appoint a, pick a woman to be vice president,” Biden declared.
While it seems like narcissist Hillary Clinton would never be satisfied playing second fiddle to Biden, the theory of Clinton being chosen is one that is getting buzz.
With Bernie Sanders now out of the way, one thing is clear. There is one less left-wing progressive standing in the path of President Trump securing a 2020 presidential win.
