Democrat Candidate Accuses Own Party of Being Racist

Democrat Candidates

A Democrat candidate was recently trying to make an excuse as to why her campaign was failing and inadvertently accused her own party of being racist.

That candidate, Kamala Harris, stated she was now going to start talking about what she believes to be the “elephant” in the room.

That elephant, according to Harris, is “essentially, is America ready for a woman, and a woman of color, to be President of the United States.”

America Not Ready

On the surface, it sounds like Kamala is accusing conservatives of stopping her campaign because she is a woman of color, but that is not the case here.

On the first issue of a woman being elected president, I think we are all far beyond that.

Democrats proved in 2016 they were willing to elect one of the most dishonest women in politics as president, so that is not the issue.

As far as color is concerned, Barack Obama was elected and re-elected president, so Americans clearly do not have a problem with a person of color winning this race.

As a conservative, I can assure you voting for a woman is NOT a problem on the right.

As a matter of fact, I am one of the millions of conservatives hoping that Nikki Haley runs for office in 2024 because I can tell you right now, she would have my vote over anyone even remotely considering running at this time.

As a matter of fact, most conservatives I know are hoping the Republican Party beats Democrats to the punch and are openly hoping one of the many fine women in our party will take a run at the White House in 2024 so we can elect a woman as our president.

So, Senator Harris, you are going to have to come up with something far better than that, because it is specifically you nobody wants.

Are Democrats Racist?

So, now that we have debunked the so-called elephant in the room, let’s look at what Harris is really saying.

Harris is whining about not getting support, and believes she has hit the double whammy as a woman and a person of color…

Harris seems to forget this is NOT a general election she is running in but rather the primary where she is failing to get more than five percent of the vote in polls.

Keep in mind, at one point, Harris was a double-digit favorite, but that all changed when people started to hear her talk and her platform. So, clearly, at one point in this campaign, she DID have the backing within the party to be elected as the nominee.

Even so, with Harris saying America is not ready for a woman of color to be president, she is really saying her own party, the Democrat Party, is not ready for a woman of color to be president, which, by default, would make the party racist.

So, it’s either that or her own party members have found her wanting.

In Harris’ eyes, it is far easier to blame someone else than taking the blame for your own failures, which his eerily reminiscent of one Hillary Clinton.
