Lex Scott stuck her tail between her legs and fled the state of Utah. The anti-American BLM Chapter leader resigned her museum job too. A flood of death threats prompted her sudden relocation to an undisclosed “all Black” city in an equally concealed state.
BLM Leader bails
The Utah chapter of BLM was founded by Lex Scott, notorious for her explosive 4th of July Facebook post. The one where she called the American flag “a symbol of hatred.” It turns out that there are way too many White people in Utah, who also believe in the patriotic duty to proudly wave the stars and stripes. Death threats poured in.
“Over the last month you know that I received death threats like a flood,” Scott laments. That’s what happens when you poke a tiger with a stick.
The Black Lives Matter Utah™ group doesn’t get any funding from the the national BLM war chest but the big-wigs didn’t make any effort to distance themselves from Scott or her radical anarchist views. To her, anyone who flies the American flag is “hostile.”
As she declared in her Independence Day manifesto, when “we Black Americans see this flag we know the person flying it is not safe to be around. When we see this flag we know the person flying it is a racist.” So when the inevitable response arrived she segregated herself to an all Black environment. Some would call that racist too.
Lex Scott, speaking for the BLM, is convinced that any person displaying the flag of the nation they live in, “lives in a different America than we do.” Does that mean that Black people have declared secession from the union? “When we see this flag, we question your intelligence. We know to avoid you. It is a symbol of hatred.”
When Arizona was admitted as a territory, there was a big fight over whether slavery would continue. The southern Democrats wanted the wide open space to allow the practice but the Republicans were able to hold them off and keep the new territory free. At the time, Utah was still loosely part of Arizona, and neither had been fully pried apart from New Mexico yet. The former Black History Museum President should know all about that. She quit her job there as well so she could flee for the “Black” hills. The American flag should be a symbol of an end to black repression but she’s been brainwashed by liberal teachers.
A tearful goodbye
On Sunday, August 8, Scott announced she was resigning from BLM Utah in a “tearful video posted on the group’s Facebook page.” She also “announced she was resigning from both her posts as group president and as president of the Utah Black History Museum.” The death threats she notes, are “not new.” To Scott, the “only new thing was when someone attempted to climb over my fence and instead of defending myself, I relaxed my body and told myself that I wished they would hurry and get it over with.”
There aren’t any news reports to back that up, so it probably happened only in one of her late-night damp fantasies. “I did not even want to fight back. The exhaustion of being on defense had worn on me. So prepared to die that I welcomed death and that is not living.”
Even though she doesn’t look like she was beaten too badly by the alleged intruder, Scott announced that “she and her family decided to relocate out of Utah to an undisclosed city that she cheerfully described as ‘all Black.'” Finally, she can sleep at night, which is a new thing.” Wow! what a Walmart.
“When we arrived to our new location we stopped at a Walmart. I looked around and there was not one White person in that store. There are literally no White people anywhere. There aren’t even White cops.” It’s a BLM paradise. If a honky tried to set foot inside the city limits they would stand out like a neon sign. We’ll see who gets profiled to death now.
Scott “made a doctor’s appointment, my doctor is Black. My mailman is Black, my daughter’s teachers are Black, the billboards have Black lawyers on them. No one profiles us in stores. No one even notices us. We blend in.” She hasn’t turned her back on BLM though, she claims. “Police officers can retire. Black people cannot. We will always be under this racist system and we can’t go anywhere to avoid that.”
She decided to keep her head down for a while though, at least until the patriots stop looking for her. “I also feel like it will take me a year to figure out the politics here. I like to study a situation before becoming involved.” If she sticks her head up, it’s likely to get knocked off by someone waving an American Flag.
