After Getting Caught With His Pants Down, Chinese Loving Democrat REJECT Now Trying to Do THIS

After being outed for sleeping with a Chinese spy, Democrat Representative Eric Swalwell is continuing to demonstrate that he has no shame.

Sleeping with a Spy

Swalwell was caught up in the “Fang Fang” scandal — which is the name the Chinese spy went by when she was sleeping with two Midwestern mayors, and likely Swalwell himself — after the news of his connection to her was reported by Axios. The outlet also reported that the spy had personally placed an intern in Swalwell’s office, and raised campaign donations for him.

Fang “targeted up-and-coming local politicians in the Bay Area and across the country who had the potential to make it big on the national stage” through “campaign fundraising, extensive networking, personal charisma, and romantic or sexual relationships,” Axios reported.

After the news broke, Swalwell attempted to deflect from the actual story by blaming President Trump for leaking it to Axios. The California Democrat claimed that the story was being used against him because he criticized the president.

“I’ve been a critic of the president. I’ve spoken out against him. I was on both committees that worked to impeach him. The timing feels like that should be looked at,” he told Politico.

New Lawsuit

Now, Swalwell is pulling a new stunt in his quest for attention. His deranged hatred for President Trump has led him to initiate a lawsuit against the former president, along with his son Donald Trump Jr., Rudy Giuliani, and Alabama Representative Mo Brooks.

His lawsuit claims that the four Republicans incited the storming of the Capitol on January 6, and “conspired together to violate the civil rights of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden by attempting to block the transfer of executive power to them after they won the 2020 presidential election” according to The New York Post.

Swalwell filed the lawsuit in federal court in Washington, D.C. on March 5, and is seeking unspecified damages to be determined during the trial.

“As a direct and foreseeable consequence of the Defendants’ false and incendiary allegations of fraud and theft, and in direct response to the Defendants’ express calls for violence at the rally, a violent mob attacked the U.S. Capitol,” the lawsuit states.

This claim is blatantly false, but Democrats still believe it, despite video evidence of President Trump at his rally stating that the crowd should “peacefully and patriotically” march to the Capitol to make their voices heard.

Trump Adviser Responds

Jason Miller, a senior adviser to Donald Trump, released a statement attacking Swalwell after the news of the lawsuit broke.

“Eric Swalwell is a low-life with no credibility who got caught ‘dating’ the Chinese spy Fang-Fang and makes disgusting bodily noises on national television,” the statement says.

“Now, after failing miserably with two impeachment hoaxes, ‘Mr. Fang-Fang’ is doing the bidding of his Chinese masters and attacking our greatest President with yet another witch hunt. It’s a disgrace that a compromised Member of Congress like Swalwell still sits on the House Intelligence Committee,” the statement continues.
